Bali Accommodation; Choose the Best for You!

Bali accommodation has a very wide meaning. It includes hotels, of course, luxurious villas on the beach, huts in the forest in villages or on the sand, mountain bungalows, home stays and today also modern apartments. There are a multitude of people residing in Bali, some who stay for a few days and some who live there partially or permanently. That is why the offer of accommodations is so varied.

Decide Your Needs and Wants then Choose the Best Bali Accommodation

There are all sorts of housing choices pretty much available at each of the interesting destinations in Bali. You need to decide first what activities you will want to do, for example just relaxing on the beach and or swimming pool; maybe diving, golf, sightseeing, discovering the local culture, interaction with  locals, and of course participating in an exciting night life.

Let’s start with the party towns of Kuta, Legian, Seminyak

In Kuta the main beach and center of action is along Jalan Pantai Kuta, here you can find a Pro Surf School and camp.

Relax or be Active play Water Sports in the South

If you love water sports then you need to go down south to Tanjung Benoa where the action is. Kathy spent New Years with her friends in Villa Reisya. This is where you can Fly Board and enjoy the Flying Fish.

There are plenty of other or quieter places that offer Bali accommodation

You might not look for a hotel at all, more of an apartment like Ganga Hotel & Apartment or studio like Jadin We show you two different ones that are located quite close to each other. They are to the north, of Kuta. They border Denpasar, the capital and are away from the beaches and tourist spots.

The Beach Safe for Families

Sanur is on the other side of the island, on the east coast. Here we stayed at comfortable Astana Pengembak Suite & Villa. Book two connecting suites, enough room for your whole family.

We also visited the Le Meyeur museum in Sanur, right at the famous beach and behind it you can rent rooms in a small Inn constructed and maintained by the descendants of Ni Pollok, Le Meyeur’s muse and wife. This is proof that a little bit of money goes a long way. On the same page you will see more…

Drive Through the Country Side

Drive towards the mountains of Ubud and stop at Batubulan about halfway up. Here you find two Villa hotels, Bumi Linggah more elegant and luxurious and Vidi Villas a budget stay but worth to try.

From Luxury to Practical Fun

What in other destinations would be unattainable luxury is still affordable here. So choose your accommodation carefully to assure you are getting exactly what you want at the best price possible.
